Amber Standing Stone

This standing stone sculpture is an elegant oval form that takes inspiration from the colours found in the semi- precious stone, amber.

The varying shades of yellow and burnt orange are layered along side the ashes of your loved one and swirled together to create a pattern and visual effect with real depth. The ashes are clearly visible, yet subtly enveloped within the folds of colour so you can see they run right through the heart of the art glass creation.

Each standing stone is around 10cm tall.

Yours will vary from the images you see here and from every other memorial glass standing stone ever made. Not only do the colours and techniques vary, but we find that every set of ashes reacts with the glass in its own way and combines with the colours to create a one-off piece of stunning glass art.
